My now-husband Paul and I moved to Chicago in July 2006, and he goes to law school at DePaul. I work as a legal secretary in downtown Chicago, which isn't as exciting as my old job -- but hey, it pays the bills.
I'm originally from Minnesota, but I hate the Vikings (and the Gophers). Packers all the way, baby! The Twins are still okay, though. Paul has also turned me into a Cubs fan.
My favorite bands are constantly changing, so I won't even bother to try to form a comprehensive list. Weezer and the Beatles are almost always in the top 5, so there ya go.
Things I couldn't live without include good coffee, good music, a good hoodie and a good book.
